Can an order be canceled?
Yes, the order can be cancelled without charge. Please do so as soon as you know that you no longer need the taxi service, so that we can adapt to the new situation.
Is there an additional fee for transporting luggage?
No, we do not charge for luggage transportation.
Is it allowed to transport animals in a taxi?
We allow the transport of small animals that the user can keep with him, while we accept larger ones in a suitable transport box that is placed in the trunk of the vehicle.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Since we have your flight number, we will know if your flight is delayed. In the vast majority of cases, the driver will meet you as normal. In rare cases, a delay may cause a problem with our schedule, and you may have to wait a little for your driver.
Is there an additional charge if the driver has to wait due to a flight delay?
No, there is no additional compensation for flight delays.
Is smoking allowed in a taxi?
No, smoking is not allowed. However, if it is a longer drive, the driver will be happy to take a break that you can use to smoke outside the vehicle.
When and to whom do I pay for transportation?
Transportation is paid to the driver at the destination in cash or by card.
